From initial evaluation to treatment and costs with their payment plan has been top notch professional proactive and effective. I had the same technician from the start, and he was amazing and reassuring. Bedbugs are not a joke, and they were gone within the first few treatments. The plan included outside treatment has been effective getting rid of 🐜 🐜 🐜 and 🕷 🕸 I highly recommend them, and I appreciate their customers' service and work ethics.
This is my first experience with Truly Nolen and Jose Luis Villa and Kyle from branch 047 Yuma Az gave Great Customer Service. Their introduction of who they were and their smiles put me at ease. They are very Friendly and Professional and know their job. Jose explained very professionally the application of the chemicals they were going to use. Jose was very understanding when I told him my concern about my dogs and the chemicals being used. I really appreciated the call before they arrived at my home instead of a text. Jose Luis branch 407 is an amazing asset to Truly Nolen Pest Control. He provided excellent service with full and complete information about the products he used. I have a service dog and Jose took the time to double check that all of the products he used were dog safe and then took precautions to make sure it was safe for us to come back in the house. On a personal note Jose also showed amazing kindness when needed. My wife has been struggling with cancer treatments. He helped my wife to love outside when he needed to spray inside. Had he not valiantly stepped up to help her she certainly would have fallen and injured herself. You can’t train that kind of ethical, heroic behavior, I hope Truly, truly appreciates this fine young man!
I was in desperate need of bee removal, after trying several bee keepers who were too busy to come and help me. My neighbor highly recommended his pest controller and gave me his contact info (Jose Luis Villa). He quickly responded and gave upfront cost estimates and was out the next morning (a Saturday) by 6 am. He helped with the problem right away and even gave me information on what it would be to get started on a regular service. Great service and highly recommended
