Juan was super great. Thank you Juan for guiding me on all my car's problems. Juan had tests run on my car to help locate where & what the problem was on my car. Juan saved me money with a $16 meter test on my car's battery, starter, & alternator. Then I asked for an oil & filter change. I knew the 2 back tires were bad, so Juan had an inspection check on them. The tires were seriously bad, Juan got me 2 tires "city type" tires. That saved me a couple hundred dollars.🙂🤑
Juan also applied a coupon for the oil/filter change that saved me even more.😃☺️
Juan was always trying to save Money, but he always was concerned for the safety of my car.
Pep Boys on 32nd St in Yuma, Arizona is now my "go to" place for my car's maintenance, and Juan is my hero I can trust for saving me money with my safety in mind.

So very appreciative for all of your staff fixing my under bumper that had come unattached. What a blessing, and it was done for free and also they gave me a print out of the things that I need to get done in the future. So grateful!👍🏽

Complete trash, booked an appointment last Monday, showed up 20 minutes early and opps didn't see your appointment, the alignment rack is booked all day. I reluctantly rescheduled to waste my day off, they scheduled me for 11 Saturday, I drop my car off and came back at 1345 to see my car sitting in the same spot. "Sorry we only have one rack and 4 appointments." Which is wild because when I left I was told there was only 1 car ahead of me and they were running a little behind. I'm stationed on YPG so it's a 40 minute ride to pep boys from the house. Then after I leave with my car they have the audacity to email me "since you couldn't make your appointment. " No you couldn't make my appointment. Will not return.

DO NOT GO HERE! Had an appointment for an oil change. Was almost an hour late going in. Told they would top up fluids like all other shops but when I check nothing was topped up. Told later they don’t do that.
I drive my car in and it was fine. Immediately after the oil change my car had a whistle every time I stepped on gas. Told to bring it back. Went back and was told they were too busy and to come back at 9am sharp Sunday and they would get it right in and check it and top of fluids. Went back the 3rd time and they didn’t get it in for 45 mins and was then told they did nothing wrong it was just that my car was old. The whistle just magically started after the oil change. AND they wouldn’t top up the fluids AGAIN but that I could pay them to find the whistle. They take no responsibility for something that they clearly did!
