Front bumper ripped off in accident. Griggs did good, mostly efficient work. Had the car back and done in about 5 weeks. Took a little longer than originally quoted, and had issues with parts ordered. @David had good communication with me about issues AND they helped with rental coverage after insurance stopped paying. UPDATE! Lied about headlights being ordered after putting the wrong ones on. 3 weeks after identifying the problem they still haven't fixed it. Would NOT

Griggs does excellent work. Their attention to detail is fantastic. Would recommend this place to anybody that wants a quality job done at a great price.

These guys are thieves, will cut corners, owner is scared to put his face to the issues. He would rather have his minions put the face to the problems. They do not have a quality control. They were supposed to replace the whole bedside but it was easier for them to repair it and pocket all the money that was supposed to be for a replacement and labor. They didn't do the alignment AND THATS THE FIRST THING THAT SHOULD BE DONE! They didn't replace my tow hitch that took THE WHOLE IMPACT and it was on to be replaced. They pocket so much money from this and they dont deny it. They didn't just steal from me, the stole from the insurance. And since June, I have not gotten a single call from them. From the day I trusted them and gave them my truck, till now. NOT ONE CALL... Good thing I have pictures, videos, and emails. I will be seeing them in court. It's been ongoing from June. My truck is still crooked from the bedside, missing a SPORT decal, frame is probably bent, but guess what? They never checked.
