I recently had my car serviced at Accurate Automotive Yuma. The team here is not only friendly and kind, but also incredibly efficient- my car was ready much sooner than expected! They took the time to explain what repairs were needed immediately and also pointed out some things that could use attention down the road, but weren't urgent. I really appreciated the transparency and no-pressure approach. On top of that, their prices are very reasonable, making it easy to trust that you're only paying for what you truly need. I have been going to Accurate Automobile Attention for many years. They have always done an excellent job servicing my car. I would recommend them to anyone to get your car repair work done. They have great customer service and our very knowledgeable.

They were very prompt in answering the phone and Joe, has a keen ear and heard what was happening in my steering area and the sound it made turning the wheels.
Very thorough and gave me the estimate, breakdown for that.
I also had a hose leaking I could smell it and see it coming onto the windshield I had no heat that morning either.
He found the leak and said it’s the heater assembly unit. Replaced that.
Done the next day! Very happy

I had to call AAA yesterday morning because I had a flat tire and no spare. The woman at AAA was very nice, and said she'd send someone out--I was looking at about an hour wait. Not even 15 minutes later (if that) I got a call from an employee at Accurate Automotive Attention named Adam who was already at my apartment complex. This young man was probably one of the most personable individuals I've met since moving to Yuma. Adam had one job: tow me to Discount Tire. But he did that and so much more for me. He took a look at all my tires and educated me on a number of questions I had regarding tread, what this number meant, what that number meant, etc. (I know NOTHING about cars.) Adam absolutely went above and beyond in assisting me, and we had the nicest conversation on the way to Discount Tire. Based on Adam's kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism, I would recommend any/all individuals to Accurate Automotive Attention. He is definitely an asset to the company, and deserves to be recognized for his efforts. Thank you, Adam.
