Took my project truck (89 f150) there for a burnt transmission, they had it for 2-3 weeks. In that time I called them about 5-7 times just checking up, Jennifer (front desk women) was nothing but respectful and helpful in letting me know what step my truck was at. At the end they even let me know and topped off my brake fluid free of charge. If I ever had to go back to an auto shop in yuma for anything. AAMCO will be the top shop of choice for me The only thing I had a tad bit of grievance too is, there was like 2-3 times I called and it wasn't Jennifer who answered. But I asked the lady my question and she said they will call me back. but I Never would get called back, so I would end up always calling back. But I would get my answer so It wasn't a huge deal but that's the only issue I had. Overall thought, I Highly recommend, respectful, fast, dependable and know what they are talking about. Even taking photos of the broken parts for you to see

On a trip home from San Diego, our truck’s transmission went out in Yuma on a late Friday afternoon. The kind folks at AAMCO Yuma waited late til we could get it towed there, tried to help us find a rental car (no luck) and brought us to a hotel (we lived 3.5 hours away) so we could spend the night before someone from home in AZ could come pick us up. The AAMCO folks were so nice and kind! They went out of their way to help us in a difficult situation and we are so grateful to them. They also did a great job rebuilding the transmission! Thanks so very much, AAMCO Yuma! You are wonderful people!
The Yuma AAMCO provided excellent service. Jennifer, who is the office manager, displays a high level of interest in all duties associated with her position. Santiago, who is the transmission specialist is a consummate professional. My warranty was expired by one week. They still took care of me and replaced my transmission at no charge. Muchas Gracias. I called with a water pump going out on a company fleet vehicle, I spoke to someone at the shop and expressed how much I needed the truck. Not only dod they have the truck done for me in less than 24 hours they did all the communication with the fleet company as well as getting other fixes approved. The women were very punctual and extremely accommodating. HUGE thank you goes out to the crew!
