Had a terrible experience for my second time here. They disrespect the inside of your car with muddy boots and motor oil hand prints. They left my skid plate completely hanging off. I won’t be going back unfortunately. 4years ago when I had my transmission replaced here the car broke down on me twice thereafter due to improper transmission placement. Work was finished at ford. Front desk is nice. No issues there.
Had a wonderful experience. Thanks to Jennifer and Aamco listened to the problem and diagnosed my issue. She did her best to work in price and time into her busy schedule and make me a priority. I would definitely recommend Aamco! Great Job all around!
I was driving CA to NM and my truck lost shifting. I was stuck in 3rd gear as I entered Yuma. I pulled into AAmco and Jennifer and Ron were awesome. They had my broken shift cable bushing diagnosed, retrieved the part and completed the repair inside of 2 hours. I was back on the road sooner than I anticipated when I initially had the problem. Took my project truck (89 f150) there for a burnt transmission, they had it for 2-3 weeks. In that time I called them about 5-7 times just checking up, Jennifer (front desk women) was nothing but respectful and helpful in letting me know what step my truck was at. At the end they even let me know and topped off my brake fluid free of charge. If I ever had to go back to an auto shop in yuma for anything. AAMCO will be the top shop of choice for me The only thing I had a tad bit of grievance too is, there was like 2-3 times I called and it wasn't Jennifer who answered. But I asked the lady my question and she said they will call me back. but I Never would get called back, so I would end up always calling back. But I would get my answer so It wasn't a huge deal but that's the only issue I had. Overall thought, I Highly recommend, respectful, fast, dependable and know what they are talking about. Even taking photos of the broken parts for you to see
